I got a bit confused when setting up the email account for the Blackberry. I had an email address already on Comcast. Unfortunately in setting up the new BB account I used the Comast account email. Now I'm not receiving emails to that account either in Outlook or Comcast online. However I do receive the emails meant for the Comcast email on the BB and only to the BB. It looks like I need to delete the entire account and start again. Any suggestions as opposed to waiting for long time on hold with an agent that can help?
I'd like to end up with a copy of my Comcast emails on my BB. ( Guess I'll have to setup a forward rule in Comcast email)
