Outlook Calendar Sync Issues

When syncing my BB 8700g and Outlook 2003 calendar I have the following issue (all three devices are set to the same time zone).


Between Desktop/BlackBerry no issues - last change is updated on both.

Then From BlackBerry to Laptop the dates are changed on the Laptop (for example a 9am meeting today shows as a 4am meeting tomorrow on the Laptop AND changes the BlackBerry event to 4am too).

Then if I sync the Desktop/BlackBerry again the BB corrects back. Nothing seems to fix the Laptop calendar.

I sort of remember a tick-box in the desktop manager / synch advanced settings or somewhere in this area, that is asking if you want to adjust the computers clock, or vice versa. Is this not available to you?
