After working perfectly last week, my Curve is unable to Synch With Outlook Calendar - I get an "Unknown Error" notice and Blackberry Desktop Manager Closes.
One Software change is that I have newly installed Outlook Small Business Contact Manager.
Can someone please help?

The software was on the PC I take it? Back off the change, and see if you can backup normally.
I believe there is a conflict in the change and your normal contacts.
Please let me know!

i called att support who put me in touch with blackberry support -
it turned out that there was some corrupt listing in my calendar and each time it tried to synch it ended the program. we manually synch'd each category on the blackberry - then cleared my outlook on the pc - then manually synched back to the pc - and the problem disappeared. it was not adding business contact manager.
