Dear Martynstar~

I have been having difficulty setting up my OWA email on my new BB Tour.  Are there specific instructions for this model.  It doesn't matter what I try (I have followed ALL the instructions out there), nothing seems to work.  My Colleagues, with BB Curves, are able to access OWA without a problem.  Can't imagine what I am doing wrong.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Well, that's a rather broad question. If you've already made attempts, the results of those would certainly be helpful. But, given what you've posted along with the topic of this thread, I can only refer you to these things and hopefully you can pick out what you need:

  • KB03133How to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address with a BlackBerry Internet Service account
  • KB04804Error message appears when attempting to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access 5.5 or 2010 account
  • KB15173Locate the mailbox name for a Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2007 email account
  •  KB18567BlackBerry Internet Service cannot connect to a Microsoft Outlook Web Access account using Microsoft Exchange 2007 or Microsoft Exchange 2010

Hopefully you can find what you need from those links.

Good luck!
