Given what the recommended workarounds are, you will need to contact the server admins for help on this. The workarounds require access you do not have, and hence you alone cannot perform them, right? So you need the server admins to help you now. If you cannot contact the server admins, then I fear you are stuck with a limitation of the service, device, and email systems you are attempting to access...

Nor are they anywhere near as secure as the BB platform. But, as you say, meh.
