Outlook sent messages showing up on phone - not generated on phone

Have had Outlook on Bold for years.  Had to get Bold replacement recently.  Now all my Outlook sent messages are showing up on phone even if generated on laptop.  Fills up phone with excess messages.  When delete message on phone, deletes on Outlook so no record in Outlook sent file.  Have GoDaddy Exchange server.  T-Mobile provider.  They both tried to fix but steered me to Blackberry.  Excessive BB phone support wait time led me here.

Also, messages deleted on phone delete on Outlook but not vice versa.  Would like Outlook deletion to reconcile and delete on phone.

Reconcile seems to work.  Get inbound emails on phone.  Get calendar on phone.  Deleted messages on phone update Outlook.  Any help appreciated.

Given that you are on Exchange, I think you need to continue with the channels you already are using...you simply will have to wait on hold so that you can seek formal support. As the link I provided discusses, we have no access to anything by which to formally research this issue for you.

Cheers, and Good Luck!
