I dont ever have bluetooth or wifi on because im on contract only have them 5 apss that are alwys open?
OK.. What is your device OS version ? You should check if your device is having the most recent OS from your Carrier or any other . From your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > About Device Version > first set of numbers on the third line ?

It seems your device is running on an old OS version ! Have you tried to update your BlackBerry to the most recent one available from your Carrier ?
When I searched I found that O2 had already released ver. 188.8.131.521 for your device model Software Download for O2 UK . Update your device to that version it may help you in overcoming your current issue .
