PASSWORD PROBLEM

I TRIED TO KEY IN MY PASSWORD TO ON THE HP FOR MORE THAN 7 TIMES.  END UP THE HP DATA AND CONTACTS ALL GONE, SOMETHING LIKE FORMATTED.

 

MY QUESTION, IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN RECOVER MY DATA IN THE PHONE PLEASE.....

 

PLEASE ADVISE ME, I M SO SAD.

"HP"??? I have no idea what that means.

 

But, if your BB was wiped clean due to too many failed passwords, then there is nothing left on the device. Rather, recovery depends on a separate source of data. If you used the FREE BB Protect App, then your data is there. If you used the FREE BlackBerry Desktop Software to backup to your computer, then your data is there. If you used nothing to protect your priceless data (the device, IMHO, is a commodity), then you migrate from the latter to the former of this old saying:

  • There are two kinds of computing device users -- those who have lost data, and those who will

Backups, like insurance, are neither a reactive nor an optional activity. You can find detailed recommendations for a good backup process via the link in my auto-sig on this post.
