PC Manager

Blackberry PC Manager:

I have loaded and unloaded several times cleared the temp files. The program is installed but when I try to open it Windows is unable to. The message I get is:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

This has been persistent or the last 3 months and I have not had time to deal with the problem until now.

In addition where do I find DCOM98 UPDATE to download.
