PC won't recognise BB 9360 after housing change

Hi guys, I have a BB 9360 that needs software. I get a reload software error when I try switching on my phone (I know how to fix this). That's the first part of my problem. The second is that I changed the housing on it, and now the PC won't recognise it! When I connect it via USB cable, it says "BlackBerry Smartphone Detected" so I go ahead and try installing the software, when it says "Connecting to Device (ARM) it just disconnects, then reconnects and the PC says "Device not recognised" Smiley Sad any help would be appreciated... Thanx in advance
