PDF Question

Is there anyway to read PDF's on the BB?

At the moment I'm having to copy the text from a PDF and paste it into a word document, which isn't too much of a hardship, but I do have one PDF thats protected so I can't do it with that one.

So is there anyway of reading it on the BB please?

Re: PDF Question

You can either use 3rd party apps like PDF to Go from DataViz.

Or you can email the PDF's to yourself, then you can open them as attachments.

It's strange how you cannot open them just as media files that are saved on your memory card.

Re: PDF Question

As he said, a PDF attached to an email will open on the BlackBerry.

For opening standalone PDF files, two other apps are from Repligo and BeamReader.

Re: PDF Question

Ok.....I sent the pdf as an attachment and although it opened, it was extremely blurry when I tried to zoom in to read!!

I wanted to ask if there are any trial versions of the apps mentioned above? I dont want to buy one and then find I cant get on with it. So I'd rather trial it and then buy if I like it.

Im looking for an app that will let me read the pdf in the same style that a word document on the bb is read (In other words where I only have to scroll up and down and not left and right)

Thanks in advance!
