During PIM synchronization, BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.0 freezes at "Preparing sync preview"
I use BB Bold 9800, software 6.0 bundle 2475
there is a post Article ID: KB29903 (dated 16 feb 2012 !) mentionning the problem in the BB Technical Solution Center describing this problem, however I left my phone connected for the whole night and it did not help
the resolution says This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. A resolution will be provided as soon as possible
As soon as possible! How soon is it gonna be before I switch loyalty to BB?
