PLEASE HELP!!! BBM NOT WORKING

at first bbm not working then txt, then calls, took battery out fixed txt FB and twitter,calls didnt work, took batterty again, backed up bb curve and still no bbm, should i restore from last back up ?????

pls help me

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

If your voice services are not working, then it's pointless to try and get your data services working. You need to contact your mobile service provider to be sure that your device is properly provisioned and registered on their network. Get your voice services (calling, voice mail, SMS) working first...then start worrying about data-level services.
