PLEASE HEeeeeELP!!!!

Hi. How do I unhide grayed out folders after connecting my phone to a pc? All other folders are “unhideable” except the “blackberry” folder. Thank you in advance

Re: PLEASE HEeeeeELP!!!!

Hi zhil

When connecting your BlackBerry® smartphone to a PC, you can unhide folders by right clicking on the folder, go to properties and de-select the hidden attribute.

To clarify further, are you indicating that the "BlackBerry" folder is hidden and you are unable to unhide it?

Thanks

Yes. The unhide option on the “blackberry” folder is grayed out. Hense I can't access all my media on the “media” folder

Re: PLEASE HEeeeeELP!!!!

Sorry for the confusion, I would just like to make sure I understand.  Are you trying to do this action from your computer or from your BlackBerry® smartphone?

Thanks
