PLEASE I NEED AN URGENT HELP WITH MY BOLD 9900

I will like anyone to help me with a solution to my blackberry, The BIS has been down for days now even though i have a valid contract and my sim works perfectly BIS on other blackberry phones so i guess the problem is with the phone settings since i wiped & reloaded a new OS 7.1 to my phone, its a Bold 9900. I clicked in register and it said registration message sent and i never got anything for 2 days now. I guess the service books is not complete also because it didn't list Blackberry BIS Service. I've tried everything and I even tried to send the diagnostic test as an email but i don't know the email or pin to send it to. As for the solution on KB15402, I can't even login to the email acct because it said it requires a service connection which is unavailable. I will gladly appreciate a help now please.

Does MTC have the BIS account enabled on your account, you need to call them and ask.

Sometimes things go awry and it gets removed by accident.

I went to there officer yesterday and they said the BIS is activated on there server. I guess the probloem is with the phone settings because my Sim works fine on other blackberry. Do you know the email or pin to send the diagnostic test to ? and maybe another solution for the service book that's incomplete.

I know you said the SIM card works on other BlackBerrys, but could you try getting a SIM card swap and see if that works?

Other sim cards with BIS too doesnt work on the phone. please is there a way you know maybe RIM can autoreset the phone from their end ?

No, sorry, I don't know any way for RIM to reset the phone from their end. I am a users just like you.

Thanks and do you know anyone who can help ?  MTC here are not that reasonable, they claim they're not responsible for all those kind of things, they only deal with their sims and i guess the problem is not wirh the sim. Its with the phone i guess

MTC is not being truthful with you.

If they bill you for your BIS BlackBerry account, they are responsibile for handling the BlackBerry Techincal support.

You need ot ask for manager who can help you.

Well MTC is simply lying to you.

 

I don't know that this will work... but try this link and complete the form. Perhaps it will get you somewhere.

I still advise that you get a SIM card swap from MTC for a new SIM and confirm that BIS is provisioned to your SIM and your account.
