PLEASE...Re: "Validate password"

I received a notice on my phone that I'm no longer receiving emails on my phone.  It says I have to "Validate the password" for my email address.  I got this phone years ago and don't remember the password.  How do I retrieve my password?  Who do I go to?    There's no Help Desk/site for this.
