Hi, I've purchased Blackberry Porsche Design 9981 on May 20th from Porsche Design Online Shop, I've used it over 3 months ago and i've started having some keypad problems. Back Button, Trackpad, Answer Button, End Call Button, and Blackberry Button are stopped working and the lights of Back Button and End Call Button off. I've tried to contact Porsche Design for many times but they can't fix these problems. How do i have to claim it all?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
First off -- Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Failing that, I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
As for you having any sort of claim, no one here can provide you anything authoritative on that matter. If you indeed have a defective device, then your warranty provisions, as provided to you when you purchased, govern if/how you would proceed with a warranty claim. There are many different warranty models in the world, so you need to check your original purchase documentation to discover exactly what yours are. RIM does not service any warranty at "first level"...all warranty support starts with your original place of purchase, an authorized service center, or your mobile service provider...but, again, your original purchase documentation should tell you what your specific warranty provisions are.

I also had the same problem , it seems that the flexible cable at the keyboard was damaged.
The P 9981 had a different design than 9900 ( considering they have the nearly same spec.)
the UI board has 3 flex cable, 1 conneting to the mainboard and 2 connecting to the keypad
it seems that the flex cable connecting to the keypad cable in a bad position under the keypad, so everytime we using the keypad , flex cable connected to the uiboard move a little.
Flex cable have a tendency to brake down when moved to much
