Though I could not grab exactly what you meant. But when in such a mess, the best thing to do is to ask them to clear the package ID, so that you can start from fresh.

Use this link to clear the package ID so that you can upload a new package with a new package ID.

Re: Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

This worked for me after weeks of trial and error:

You need to retrieve a backup of the files in your /Library/Research In Motion/ directory around the time your first uploaded the app (author.p12, barsigner.csk, barsigner.db, bbt_id_rsa, ppt_id_rsa.pub,debugtoken.bar, etc - everything). I placed the current files in a created "NewerFiles" directory.  I then copied all the backup files to the "Research In Motion" directory.  Close and reopen your Momentics.  You may need to udpate your bar-descriptor.xml signing keys ("Configure package signing and debug tokens" and then set the Author Information using "Set from Debug Token")

Ensure your Package Name is the same.  Ensure your package version is incremented by 1 only (Only the Package Build ID worked for me - I set it to 2 from 1).

Hope it works for you.
