Paid for App stopped

Trial period for the Syncamatic sync between BB Torch and iMac worked well.  Have paid subscription via BBapps but not recievedLicense key number and am at a loss who to contact as there does not seem to be a way of emailing BB apps.

Generally, issues with payment and/or trial periods involving App World are handled by your carrier, O2.
