Password Keeper

I have forgotten the password of my Password Keeper (Under Applications).

I have 10 attempts in all, and i have already used up 8 attempts.

Can someone guide me how to get out of this problem?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Re: Password Keeper

Sorry, you cant reset it, or break into it if you've forgotten the password.

It also cant be reset by anyone either (unlike the Actual devcie password on a BES)...

Re: Password Keeper

The only chance you have is this

Made a full backup of all the data

Enter two more wrong passwords and your device will be wiped, and all the information is erased.

Sync your device again with Outlook, and the Password keeper will be new.
