Password Keeper

I have not set up password keeper yet,however I am unable to accsess the app. The screen asks for a pw and when I enter the only pw I ever use it says incorrect??????? Any thoughts Thanks

@KLG : are you sure you know what the screen is asking for ?
it can ask for two things :
  • SIM code (a 4-digits number)
  • device password

the password keeper is something else (I don't use it at all for instance).
