Is that a question, or a comment, or just a situation report? What you describe sounds like you failed to properly enter the user-created device-lock password too many times. When that happens, the device assumes it is no longer in the hands of the actual owner, and wipes itself clean to protect the priceless data on the device. This is normal, and exactly as designed. BBs have the highest security of any mobile devices, but quite naturally depend on the human as a component of that security. When the human fails, the device has no choice but to protect itself and the data it contains. Once the wipe is complete, your device will be like brand new, and you can start all over again. You can then restore from your last backup.
