My phone was stolen and I'm wanting to use BBM on an old handset. I cannot remember the password AND the answer to the security question.
There must be a way for Blackberry to send me a password reset via E-Mail - I DO remember confirming my email upon the initial registration.
Please advise, I do not want to reset my BBM ID as I have far too many contacts to hunt down and I am also part of several BBM groups.

In there is a method to use for your situation...having originally confirmed your BBID, there is a special process for you to use, documented in one of the KBs linked from that post. Hopefully, this information will be of use to you.

Since you do not know your password, or security question answer the only option is resetting your BlackBerry ID. BlackBerry does not have the ability to reset your password on your behalf.
