Payed BIS but BBM not working?

Hi my name is keaton and I own a bb 9000, a few minutes ago I updated my BIS as yesterday at midnight it was suspended and couple of days before vodafone were sending texts saying 'we will try and take your BIS from your credit tomorrow' but because I had no credit it was suspended. So i bought the BIS, but bb app world works but BBM doesn't work so I really need someones help. I have already restarted from a battery pull many times and still nothing HELP!!!!!

Appworld works without BIS. It sounds like your BIS plan hasn't been fully provisioned. Talk to Vodafone and make sure it's provisioned properly.
