I bought my bb via ebay - unlocked,new. I cant setup my email, as it only has 2 options:
1/ setup using bb enterprise server
2/ skip email setup
missing the option setup /add new email address for bb internet email
i am a private person with no enterprise password, is there something i can do to make this work?
my seller has no clue what i´m talking about, replaced the phone and it has the same problem

Firstly, do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan (or whatever your service provider calls it)?
If you do not, then you will not be able to set-up an email until you get the BB Data Plan.
If you do have a BB Data Plan, then if your service provider works like mine, you need to log in to the service provider's website and add each email you want pushed to your BB.

i have the same problem i can not find out how to add an email on rogers.com or on my phone
On rogers you need to log in to this page and add each email you want pushed to your BB:
Other than that, if you need help, the technical service for BB at Rogers is actually quite good, so give them a call and they'll sort you out.

Pls,I just bought a new BB,I want to set up email but it is not co-operating. What can I do?
Please add some details..."not co-operating" is inadequate to even make any guesses. What exactly do you try? What exactly happens with what you try? Are there error messages? If so, what are they (exact, complete, including punctuation please)?
