Hi there I have a customer with a new Pearl 9100. It has the compressed keyboard.
How do I force a full address book re- synch via the keypad?
I was able to go into address book in previous models with the normal keypad and go to options and type RSET but am unable to do this now.

Not sure if the RSET works on this type of keyboard. Is this user a BES user or BIS user? You can use the Desktop Manager to wipe the address book and they do a sync again. You would need to use the advance backup and restore option to wipe the single database.
