Thank you for response. There is no message; however, in home page it says 'Invalid SIM Card'. When I go to Advance/SIM Card Option, it says; No Valid SIM Card, even though I have a new SIM Card.

OK a few theories...
1) Your BB is not MEP unlocked, and the SIM is from a carrier other than that for which your BB was originally manufactured.
2) Your SIM card is bad -- requiring replacement
3) Your BB SIM card reader has gone bad, requiring the BB to be replaced/repaired/etc.
4) Your SIM card is from a carrier whose radio technology/frequency is not compatible with what your BB is capable of using.
Any of that sound likely? Is this BB new to you? Is this BB brand NIB? Has this BB ever worked with this SIM card before? With other SIM cards? At all? Has this SIM ever worked in another device before? Is it new?
Any further details you can provide as to your full situation would make the guesswork much more effective.

I met this issue several times. What I did was simply restart the phone by taking out the battery, leave it out around 30 secs. Then put it back in to start the BB.
If this does not work, just repeat the process but make sure the interval between 2 resets is around 2 minutes or more.
Have no idea why but it did work :-)
