Phone accidently locked and I don't know password

I was trying to set up the phone when I went to push cancel and the curser noved and depressed lock. As far as I know I didn't set up a password. I tried 3 times with things I would use for a password but nothung worked. I have at least 7 more tries can you help me.

I don't have a credit card so if there is a cost I will have to make so sort of arrangement.

If you're setting up the BlackBerry and the BlackBerry is new, just go ahead and enter the password wrong the remainder of the tries. All that you will lose is any personal data, preferences, etc., and the phone will still work, as if factory new, and start the setup all over again.
