My Device: Blackberry Bold 9900
My Carrier: Tmobile

Phone is playing up.



I have had my blackberry 9900 for over a year but recently I have been having some major issues the phone will go through the loading process at the beginning as soon as it comes on to the the home screen it will reboot and will proceed to do so until phone dies


i have tried everything updating the software, downgrading it everything im out of warranty so im in abit of trouble

please help!!

I suggest following the steps in this KB article to bring the BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone back to life: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144


If the issue still persists, then the BlackBerry Bold will need to be repaired.  Contact your network service provider for repair options.
