Phone not allowed MM6

Just landed in london. Switched on the network connection, and got message at top of phone "Phone not allowed MM6". SIM works on other phones. Have tried phone wipe. Carrier has confirmed phone is not blocked.

 

please advice.

From where you got this device ? When a device is Blacklisted or Blocked  this message appears.

I bought it over a year ago in DUbai. Not had any problems. Worked fine before take off, i switched the network off. When landed in London, switched on and network not connecting.
