Phone rings once only

I am noticing that on occasion I am missing calls as the BBB is ringing only once - I have since seen that the device is often showing a call coming in but there is no ringtone until after a delay of maybe 5 seconds - then it rings once and cuts to Voicemail - anyone else seeing this and found a way to solve it?

Re: Phone rings once only

When Tone and Vibrate is on, it generally works = one then the other.

So it may Vibrate first, then ring.

Change the setting.

Also, Carriers set the default time to call as 15 seconds before being diverted to Messagebank.

Call your carrier and have them extend it to 30 seconds (maximum time allowed unless you want it to ring out totally and not divert anywhere)

In Australia, messagebank diverts to 101 messaging system so there is an input code you put into the phone to do it manually.

Its: **61*101**30#

You would have to change the 61 to your country code and the 101 to your carriers messagebank number. the 30 represents number of seconds to ring.
