Phone signal

Please help!!

I have been battling with my 9780 for a while now, whenever I am at home and someone phones me, the signal or something is so bad sometimes it doesnt even ring, and if it does and I get to answer it, the call cuts out after about 10seconds anyway! It happens the most when I am at home, but even on the best of times I cannot hear the people i am talking to and it often cuts out mid call! is there something I can do?

Welcome to the forums. 


In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

If doing the above steps do not correct your issue then you will want to contact your wireless service provider to have them investigate you area to see if there are any network or signal issues.
