Phone stolen

Hi

I'm wondering what the next thing is that I can do,

as I've read in your forums my device must be blocked via the imei by my carrier,

though they aren't doing the job, they said they cancelled it but I'm able to still re add the bbm pin and have pictures of the guy who stole my phone,

I've read other forums where they say that rim can detect the Simcard card that is placed in the phone at the time.

What documentation(police clearance etc ) would I need to acquire the information.

Thanks in advance for any help

You need to ask your local police agency that question. My LEO here might require very well could be different than yours would want where ever you are located.

Re: Phone stolen

I have the same problem. My torch were stolen too. I called my service provider to block the pin and imei but I can still add him and I'm even chatting with him. The customer service here in saudi arabia STC is worst. How to contact BlackBerry with this
I need to block the phone so it will be useless.

davidguillermojr, only your mobile provider can block  the pin & IMEI. Sorry.
