Photos on device memory are gone after a reboot?

I made a dumb mistake yesterday - I was at a concert and took photos with my BlackBerry, but it didn't have a memory card, so all the photos and videos were saving to the device. Afterwards, the photos were still there, but then a friend wanted to put her sim card in my phone to contact someone, and after the reboot, EVERYTHING was GONE.

I REALLY need to know if it's possible (at all, HELP) to recover them???????

Hi BeaVisser,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Without the pictures being already saved in a backup file, there is no way to restore them to your BlackBerry smartphone. This KB article has the steps to backup your data going forward. "How to back up BlackBerry smartphone data using BlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows" KB12487
