Picture Problems

My blackberry bold 9900 used to be able to hold many pictures now it can only hold up to 200 and i've had it for a year now. I only have one app installed and dont have any music. When i want to take a picture it says that my memory is too full which i do not understand at all. Now all of my photos have ended up being deleted for no reason and its still coming up that i cant take any photos as my memory is apparently 'too full'. PLEASE HELP!!!

Re: Picture Problems

In your camera settings is it set up to save pics to the SD/Memory card or to Device Memory?

Re: Picture Problems

Do you have a media card installed? You've likely filled up the device memory.

Re: Picture Problems

Older BB devices were notorious for losing memory even when little was being used.

Go to Options. Type memory in the search bar and click on Storage. What is the available free application memory?

Re: Picture Problems

OK...well, I highly recommend getting a microSD media card and store pictures on that.
