Pictures

I can't send or receive pictures through my text messages even though its available on my plan, any ideas?

Are you on a BES (corporate) server?  If so, your company's BES administrator may have MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) locked down.  You also need to make sure that they allow the WAP Browser as well for MMS to work.

And, if you're simple a personal account user, make sure you have the BlackBerry data plan enabled on your account with Bell Aliant.

I have the same phone and the same plan as my wife and she can send them and I can't

Ok. Have you called Bell to confirm that?
