Please Help! BlackBerry Desktop Software has stopped working...

    No one has yet to help me on this issue. I posted my initial topic back on February 22, 2012 after upgrading my Desktop Software then to Version 6.1, and everytime I try to run the program this same error pops up. I have uninstall, re-install & repair and it is still not working! I am starting to lose my positive outlook on RIM as while checking the forums for help there are still other people out there whom are having the same issue as me and there has not been a resolvable for 2+ months.

I think i have the same problem. I have installed the desktop manager for the playbook and the curve 8520, but it don't even show the starting window. Nothing happend when I tried to open it. I also installed it from de Cd that came with the phone. Please help me. Those are my work tools.
