I am using Bold 9700 with software version V18.104.22.1681 and I wants to update it into new version 6.0 or latest software version.
But when ever i tried to update my software at the time of installaion . I am getting this error msg
" Please check your internet connection and then try again "
But my internet connection is working fine.
even i tried to update this software through wireless update in my BB but its giving me this message that there is no update.
can anyone please help me out what going on ??? as now i am not able to use my BBM.
please respond me asap.
