Re: Please help - VERY URGENT

Then it sounds like you may have damaged the USB port ON the device itself.

Re: Please help - VERY URGENT

Hi

I bought a new battery for my phone and i am trying to re-do the software, but when it asks for the device to be switched off, where you must hold the key down for 10 seconds until it switches off, my phone does not want to do it, please advise how to proceed?

Thanks

Amina

Re: Please help - VERY URGENT

When in the process (what process to "redo" the software are you using?) does it ask for the device to be switched off?
