Please help

hi guys

 

i have bold touch 9900

 

i have a problem with the BBM

 

my BBM is always asking for re-invite some people daily

 

and when i asked them they said we dont delete u 

 

but every morning i should add them again 

 

plz if any one have a solution for my problem

 

i try to solve the problem i change my softwere to 7.1 and the problem is still happend

I would suggest you totally delete those contacts from your BBM.
Ask those contacts to also delete you as a BBM contact.
Reboot your BlackBerry via powered on battery pull.
Then wait a couple of hours and reinvite each.

i think it will not solve me problem

i format my device and add them manually but the problem is still exist

and the problem is timely occur

at 10 A.M i write anything to them in the chat

2 seconds then the re-invite will appear

 

 

i search for it but also blackberry does not know how to solve it

 

anyway thank you i think i need to sell my phone

It is worth a shot to try JSander's suggestion. How it differs from what you've already done is to have the other people remove you while you have them removed and reboot. It will likely make a difference.
