Please help

I have a bb pearl and everything has been wiped off when it got fixed and doesn't help that I changed network but now it's saying I can't use my bbm anything that is already installed on my phone also says that my network dnt support any of this so confussed and 2 top it off I can't seem 2 use my wifi router as keeps saying 2 type in code on router not fone any help in welcome thank u Smiley Happy

Do you have latest bbm installed and which network you use?
