Please help!

I am required to use a BB thru the Enterprise server at work but they can't seem to offer support, nor can AT&T....

I lost my 8700 due to an "App Err 525" and was unable to access, reload or anythink.  After working on it for 10 hrs, the techs finally said "you need a new phone".  Purchased the Curve 8310-after 3 weeks, got the same error and was told the same thing.  Exchanged for a new 8310 yesterday and today am getting an "App Err 576" which allows me to reset but comes up again next time I use it (this is the 7th time today)....I am ready to throw the Blackberry out the window!!!  Does anyone have any ideas??? I'm not really technologically saavy...

Never had anyone with that as a recurring problem. Have you installed any additional software on your BlackBerry?

No additional software except for AT&T Navigator (formerly TeleNav)....
