Re: Please help

You may have hidden them by mistake.  In the applications screen press the applications button.  It should bring up a menu.  Using the trackball, hi-light "show all" and select it by pressing down the trackball.  This will show all the applications on your device.  From there you can navigate to the grayed out browser icon and press the applications button again.  This time hi-light "Hide" and select it with the trackball.  This should restore the icon.

Re: Please help

Hi and welcome to the forums,

If J_Welch is right, that's great!

If you still don't have them you will need to send service books to push out your setup again. This will not cause you to lose data.

Please let us know!

Thanks,

Re: Please help

Hi and thanks, they are now all back.  I have only had my blackberry for 3 days and have a lot to learn, but so far, what an improvement on my previous Palm Treo!
