Poor Service- 20 Days Still My Phone lying with the company

My phone was not starting only red light used to blink. I immediately deposited it to my nearest service centre on 30th November 2013. I got a call on 3 December 2013 that it has been sent to company for the repair and it is 20 days from the submission that I have not received my phone back. If company is taking this much time and it will ruin the reputation of the company.Disappointed with the company.
