Possible Fake Housing sold to me on ebay

Is there a actual way to tell a genuine housing from a fake one on ebay.

I bought one, but am not happy. The blackberry symbol on the keypad isnt as precise or large as my original keypad and the keypad looks to be a rough mould.

Anyone from Blackberry / rim offer me any advice please.

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the EULA and message upon registration. So, I doubt you will get anyone from RIM to comment on this.

Besides, if you aren't happy with the part, and feel certain it is not OEM and you require OEM, return it for your money back.

To me, it doesn't sound like a quality RIM OEM part.

I'd suggest buying elsewhere. I've bought from cnn.cn and truesupplier.com and had good service, (slow shipping).
