Prblem with one channel on earphone with Bold 9900

Hello,

I bought brand new BB Bold 9900 a couple of months ago and since then having issues with one channel for earphone sound.

I read on forums that it was apparenlty a known issue. I am wondering if there is a fox for this? Does it have anythng to do with the BBM app? any other apps?

What do I need to do to get both channels working.

I am really frsutrated at this brand new phone thats not woring the way I expected....

Help appreciated.

After suffering the same problem following a core software upgrade I identified that it is only the TTY Support app that is at fault, so a complete re-install is not required, just remove TTY support in Blackberry Deskptop Manager.

I'm here if you need assistance doing this.
