Private Number

At some point this afternoon, something changed on my Torch 9810. All incoming and outgoing calls now show as "private number" on the e-mail log and don't show at all on the phone call log. These are numbers that are already in my Contacts and have shown and logged perfectly fine before this afternoon. Any idea why this is happening?

Don't know.  But first troubleshooting step is a battery pull.  Have you tried that yet?

Yes, I tried that. That's always the first option, as it's fixed other problems in the past but not this time.

I believe it is now a question for your carrier's customer service.   Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.  I don't know what it could be on your end, especially if you haven't done anything and this just happened out of the blue (and you have done a hard reset).
