Problem Installing Desktop Software

I'm having a problem installing Desktop Software v7.1.0.  When I get to the License Agreement screen and select "I accept the terms of the license agreement", nothing happens, and the only other option is to select the "Print" button. There are no Back, Next, or Cancel options.

 

Any help on how to move past this screen would be appreciated.

Sorry to here you are having issues with installation of the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

 

Can you please confirm the version of Windows you are installing BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1 on?

 

Have you attempted to delete the installation package and re-download it from www.blackberry.com/desktopsoftware

 

Can you please indicate any error messages displayed during the installation process.
