I have a 8330 Model Curve [Verizon], and am running MAC OS 10.5.8
I downloaded the Desktop Manager and have tried to "launch" the application via both USB as well as Bluetooth. In both instances, the menus in the Desktop Manager are grayed out, and I can't open the application. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

which version of the DM did you download? (I am assuming it was a version for the mac)

Have you verified your System requirements?
Mac OS X v10.5.5 and above (Only 32-bit mode is supported on Mac OS X v10.6)
BlackBerry® Device Software v4.2 or higher
iTunes v7.7.1 or later
These are all required for the latest DM version.

For some reason i cannot download Device Software version 4.2 for MAC. Only version 5 is on the Blackberry website, but I cannot find an UPDATE button to even do the download?!
I think this is because I do not have Enterprise Server?
