Problem Synching both BES at work and personal computer at home

I purchased a Blackberry Curve.  Knowing that we used Blackberry Enterprise Server at work, I followed the software installation instructions and clicked "yes" when prompted with the question on which version of the software to use - that version that utilized BES.

At work, I called Verizon at the direction of my work IT guy and told them I needed my phone to be "provisioned" for Blackberry.  My calender, contacts, and email now seem to be syncing fine with my work computer, but when I got home and tried to sync my BB with my home computer via USB, I got the following message:

"Sychronization is currently unavailable for: Calender, Memo Pad, Address Book because the application(s) is/are configured for wireless synchronization.  Desktop synchronization for the above applications will be disabled.  Please click on help to disable wireless synchronization on your device.

Re: Problem Synching both BES at work and personal computer at home

Hi and welcome to the forums,

You can turn your wireless off for synching at home

from the message box options - select email account you wish to sync and scroll down to Wireless reconcile.

Turn it off. Synch at home. Make sure when you are done, to reset the wireless synch option so you can interface

with your company as normal.

Please let me know if this answers your question, or if you need any other information!

Please remember when you are done with this post to resolve the thread via the options over the kudos star.

Thank you!!
